Paul Crowther, CEO
Paul is the CEO of Unearth-Ed and has been dedicated to the educational tour industry for over 15 years. He is passionate about setting the organisations direction and fostering a positive company culture. The establishment of strong relationships with key stakeholders has been crucial to the business's success, a testament to the effort he has invested over time.
Carmen Duchini, Finance Manager
Carmen is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and activities of the business as well as administrative tasks. She manages the budgets, invoices and compliance to help guide decision making. Over the past few years, she has formed powerful partnerships with our suppliers and maintains close collaboration with them.
Nadine New, Business Manager
Nadine is the Unearth-Ed Team Leader and has been in the role for over 3 years. She enjoys managing and mentoring our travel consultants who are highly experienced and provide the best customer service to our clients. She oversees a number of her own school bookings as well as the day-to-day business requirements.
Brittany Ellis, Sales & Marketing Manager
Brittany joined the Unearth-Ed Team earlier this year, and has been essential in implementing strategies to drive and promote the Unearth-Ed business. Brittany’s involvement includes the production of Classroom Canberra, ongoing website management, and social media marketing. She is looking forward to working with all the school’s and suppliers going forward.
Kirsty Cambridge, Tour Consultant
Kirsty is a dedicated team member and has been in the travel industry for over 20 years. She handles new enquiries, completes reservations, and coordinates logistics to ensure a smooth and enjoyable school excursion. She also provides destination-specific information and suggests educational attractions and landmarks to the schools to meet their PACER criteria.
Tracey Scanlan, Tour Consultant
Tracey joins the team with over 25 years of travel industry experience. Tracey’s role focuses on creating and promoting our Tour packages to the School Education Industry. She excels in coordinating excursions for our customers to deliver a seamless itinerary and overall experience for the schools. She looks after numerous schools and even hand delivers the documents and information to our local schools prior to departure.
Jackie Morcombe, Tour Consultant
Jackie is the newest member of the Unearth-Ed team. Jackie joins us as our newest tour consultant. She is an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the team with a wealth of knowledge having worked in the Travel Industry for 10 years.
Jackie provides outstanding personalised service and aims to coordinate exciting educational excursions that are well organised and managed smoothly.
Natalia Rybakov, Accounts Assistant
Natalia has recently joined the Unearth-Ed team to assist with duties such as payroll, invoicing and general finance tasks. She brings great experience in accounting and marketing, making her a valuable asset in working across various parts of the business. Her enthusiasm to learn is evident, and she thrives in a team environment, effortlessly building strong relationships both internally and externally.
